Another night of severe weather hit central South Dakota and north Central Nebraska last night which included hail, high winds, rain and a tornado.  Severe thunderstorm warnings were issued for nearly all of our central South Dakota and Nebraska counties.  Power was lost south of Winner as well as in north central Nebraska.

Furthermore, early this morning, Tripp County Ambulance and Winner, Fire and Rescue responded to a one vehicle accident, with one occupant, near Witten. The page came in at 12:19 this morning.
