The Carlock Dance Hall is hosting their final dance event of the season this Saturday, November 2nd. Artist “Sad and Lonesome” will be performing performing from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. The Carlock Dance Hall is located ten miles south of Gregory, South Dakota.

HS Football Round 2 This Week
The Jack Rabbits fell in hard fought battle in the Dakota Maker game against NDSU and will look to bounce back against Missouri State. South Dakota State will be in action again on Saturday on Magic 93. Prelude to the pregame is at 12:50 with pregame at 1 and kickoff at 2 PM.
Nebraska Cornhuskers look to get back in the win column as they will battle Purdue on Saturday. Cornhuskers have dropped two straight games. Nebraska football can be heard on AM Country 1260 with pregame at 10:15 AM with kickoff at 11 AM.
Round two of high school football playoffs is live on KWYR on Thursday. On AM Country 120 Winner and St. Thomas More will be squaring off for the second time this season and on Magic 93 you can hear Burke take on Britton Hecla. Both games have a pregame at 5:30 with kickoff at 6 PM.

“The Adams Family” Showing at Pix Theater
The new animated version of the beloved classic film “The Adams Family” has started showing at the Pix Theater in Winner, South Dakota and goes through October 31st. Showings are each night except for Mondays.

Gregory: Shop Small Saturday
On Saturday, November 30th the city of Gregory will be having Shop Small Saturday Blue Light Specials from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. A sale will occur at a local store and then switch to another store every half an hour. Local stores are encouraged to begin thinking of the sales they want during their half hour time slot. The locations will be announced on Facebook and at the Mid-Winter Fair at the Gregory Auditorium.
Antelope Community 2nd Annual Suicide Awareness Monster March
The Antelope Community will be hosting their second annual Suicide Awareness Monster March this Saturday, October 26th.
