Pesticide Applicator Re-Certifications coming up

Private Pesticide Applicator Re-Certifications will be held at the Library Community Room in Martin next Monday, February 22nd starting at 1pm. For more information call 773-8120. There will be pesticide applicator re-certifications at Winner Regional Extension Center on Thursday, March 24th starting at 1pm. If you have questions you can call 842-1267.

Reminders for today

Don’t forget that the Winner Methodist Church will hold their annual President’s Day Dinner tonight from 5:30 to 7:30 at the Church. They will serve a roast turkey dinner with all the trimmings, including pie! The Colome School Administration and School Board will be holding a public meeting this evening starting at 5pm in the Science Room in the Gym, to allow the public input into moving the 6th grade from the elementary to another building. The Lyman School Board will meet tonight. The meeting will be at the regular location in Presho. The Burke Legion will hold a meeting tonight at the VFW in Burke starting at 8pm. The Gregory County Historical Society will meet at the Burke Civic Center tonight. The meeting will begin at 7pm. There will be a blood drive in Platte today. It will run from Noon-5:30 at the Platte Community Center.
