The Class ‘A’ State Cheer and Dance competition was held at Aberdeen Central High School on Friday night. On the cheer side,  Sioux Valley finished first overall as a team. Locally, Platte/Geddes was fourth and Winner came in ninth. In dance, Dakota Valley was first place, Platte/Geddes finished second, Winner finished fourth overall while Gregory was eighth.
