It was a strong day in women’s college basketball for the top two programs in the state of South Dakota on Friday. The USD Lady Coyotes were able to take down Ohio State at the South Point Thanksgiving Shootout in Las Vegas, 68-53. Ciara Duffy led the charge for USD as she scored 22 points and grabbed 12 rebounds in the victory. In Cancun, the South Dakota State Lady Jackrabbits took down Notre Dame, 65-59. Tori Nelson led State with 15 points in the win.
