- First Responders Bucking Ball coming up September 5th August 29, 2026The First Responders Bucking Ball will happen next Saturday, September 5th at the Tripp County Rodeo Grounds in Winner. There will be $10,000 in prize money up for grabs. Mutton Bustin will get underway at 6pm, followed by the calcutta beginning at 6:30.
- Wacipi coming up next weekend in Winner August 28, 2026Winner will hold a traditional Wacipi on September 5th and 6th at the Winner Community Event Center. It will be a drug and alcohol free event, and a meal will be provided both days. The event will start at 1pm each day with grand entry at 7pm each night
- Burke Area Farmers Market back at the Burke City Park this evening August 27, 2026The Burke Area Farmers Market will be back at the Burke City Park this evening from 5:30 to 7pm! Frank Days of Dallas will be serving up supper, as they will feature a queso mac and cheese, along with barbecue burnt ends. Plenty of other delicious food will be available for purchase as well.
