Funeral services for 90 year old Delores Duffy of Winner will be held on Thursday, April 30th at 11am at Christ Lutheran Church in Winner. Burial will follow in the Winner City Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 6-7pm at the church with a prayer service beginning at 7pm.

Funeral services for 92 year old Eva Birchfield of Oacoma will be held Tuesday, April 28th at 10am at the United Church of Christ in Chamberlain. Burial will be in the Riverview Cemetery in Chamberlain. Visitation will be from 5-7pm on Monday at the Hickey Funeral Chapel.

Memorial services for 74 year old Daniel Kahler of Kona, Hawaii, formerly of Colome will be held on Sunday, April 26th at 2pm at the Colome American Legion. Burial will follow at a later date.

Funeral services for 83 year old Clayton Sully of Mission will be held on Tuesday, April 28th at 11am at the Bishop Harold Jones Building in Mission. Burial will follow in the Sully Family Cemetery. Wake service will be held on Monday at 5pm at the Bishop Harold Jones building.

A Memorial Visitation for 49 year old Brett W. Swanson of Bassett, NE will be held on Saturday, April 25 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Rock County Community Center in Bassett with a Prayer Service at 4:00 PM. A Private Family Burial will be held at a later date.

Memorial services for 83 year old Marlys Remmers of Winner will be held on Monday, April 27th at 11am at the Winner Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the Black Hills National Cemetery in Sturgis at a later date. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the memorial service.

Funeral services for 67 year old Dale L. Middletent of Lower Brule will be held Friday at 1pm at the Lower Brule Community Center. Burial will be in the Messiah Episcopal Cemetery at Iron Nation. Anyone wishing to follow, the procession will leave Hickey Funeral Home on Wednesday at 3pm.

A celebration of life for Richard “Dick” DeMers will be held this Saturday, April 25th in Colome. A graveside Service will be held at 10am followed by a gathering at the Colome American Legion. The family welcomes you to join them as they honor his life.

Funeral services for 87 year old Nancy Miller of Platte will be held on Saturday, April 25th at 10:30am at Trinity Lutheran Church in Platte. Burial will be at 2pm at the Bijou Hills Union Cemetery in rural Platte. Prayer service will be held on Friday evening at 7pm at the church with visitation one hour prior to both services.

First Funeral services for Rev. Glenn Denke of Winner will be held on Friday, April 17th at 3pm at the Christ Lutheran Church in Winner with visitation one hour prior to the service. Military graveside services will be held at 10:30am on Saturday, April 18th at the Wall Cemetery. Everyone is welcome to gather at the Rush Funeral Chapel in Wall for a visitation from 9:30am to 10:30am and then process to the cemetery for the graveside service.
