The Medicine Creek Golf Course in Presho will hold their annual flag auction and raffle ticket drawing on Saturday, April 29th. A taco bar will kick things off at 4pm. The raffle drawing and live flag auction will start at 7pm at the clubhouse.

There will be a parents meeting at 7:00 Sunday evening at the Civic Center for all Burke Little League Baseball Parents. Please make time to attend this meeting if your son is playing this year in Rookies, Minors, or Majors.

The Burke Public Library is currently seeking part time help.  The position will be 5-8 hours a week and applicants must be at least 17 years of age.  One can return applications to the library or finance office by the end of the day on April 27th.

The Annual Meeting of the membership of Consumer’s Federal Credit Union will take place this evening at the Gregory Memorial Auditorium Community Room.  Supper will begin at 5:30 p.m. with the business meeting to follow.

A Pro Dummy Fishing Tournament will be held June 2nd in Platte. There will be a rules meeting at 11:30am at the Platte Creek Boat Ramp. The entry fee is 50 dollars a boat with 100 percent payback. More details on this event will be revealed in the coming weeks on our KWYR airwaves.
