Governor Kristi Noem will deliver her annual budget address on this afternoon at 1:00 p.m. in the House of Representatives Chamber at the South Dakota State Capitol .  One can live stream the address by going to www.sd.net.  

The Winner City Council will meet this evening  at 6:30 p.m. in the  Council Chambers. The Chamberlain City Commission this evening at 6:00 p.m. at the Chamberlain City Offices at 715 N. Main St. The Gregory City Council will hold their meeting this  evening at 6:00 p.m. at the Gregory Fire Hall at 620 Church Ave.

Governor Kristi Noem has ordered flags at the South Dakota State Capitol to be flown at half-staff from 8 a.m. until sunset on Friday, December 4, 2020, to honor the life of former State Representative Milton Lakness.   Lakness represented Hamlin County and the surrounding area in the State House of Representatives from 1975 until 1980.
