State B Amateur Baseball in Mitchell Hartford/Humboldt Wood Ducks 4, Menno 2 Elk Point 7, Redfield 1 Dimock/Emery 7, Lake Norden 2 Castlewood 7, Tabor 5   Golf Brett Jorgensen and Rex Crockett from Mitchell won the 50 and over tournament Thursday at the Chamberlain Country Club as they shot a 63.

A memorial poker run will take place in Central South Dakota on Saturday, August 24th. Registration will take place at the Pheasant Bar in Winner beginning at 11am. Numerous stops all across the area will be made during the poker run. All forms of transportation are welcome to take part.
