- Witten Firemen holding hunter’s breakfast this weekend and next October 18, 2025
The Witten Volunteer Fire Department is holding their annual free will hunter’s breakfast today and tomorrow, and again on October 25th and 26th from 7 to 11am at the Witten Community Hall. They will be serving pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage biscuits with gravy and more!

- Trail Ride coming up next weekend in Dallas October 17, 2025
A ‘tougher than nails’ trail ride will take place on Saturday, October 25th at the Dallas Horseman’s Club Arena beginning at 11am. A supper will be served that day starting at 4pm at the Dallas Fire Hall. This is a fundraiser for Suncatcher Therapeutic Riding Academy.
