    In High School Wrestling last night at the Winner Armory, Winner Area defeated Burke/Gregory, 42-28. Winner Area also scored a victory over Wagner, 57-18. Burke/Gregory was victorious over Wagner, 60-23. In Presho, Lyman defeated Miller/Highmore, 46-25. Lyman scored a win over Sully Buttes, 72-3 while Miller/Highmore defeated Sully Buttes, 53-6.

    In Men’s College Basketball last night, the Dakota Wesleyan Tigers defeated Mt. Marty on the road, 86-80. With the win, Dakota Wesleyan is now 8-3 on the season. The Dakota Wesleyan women beat Mount Marty in a close one last night in Yankton by a final score, 64-59.

    In Men’s College Basketball last night, Memphis outscored South Dakota State, 88-80. Colorado scored an 82-58 victory over USD. In Women’s College hoops last night, South Dakota State was able to cruise to a 71-54 victory over Chattanooga. The USD Lady Coyotes took down Missouri State, 85-74.
  • Hammerbeck makes All-State Volleyball team! December 5, 2018
    Winner Junior Morgan Hammerbeck was named to the Class A All-State Volleyball team! The junior outside hitter had a terrific season for the Lady Warriors as she recorded 361 kills and 349 digs on the season for Winner. Also making the All-State Volleyball team were Kadye Fernholz of Miller and Faith Tyler of Wagner.
