Jones County Blood Drive March 12, 2020
There will be a blood drive this month in Jones County on March 17th from 2:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. The drive will be held at the Dan Parish Technology Center and to sign up or with further inquiries one can call Katie Venard at 605-669-2297.

Nominations for Fallen Heroes Bridge Dedications Due April 10th. March 10, 2020
The South Dakota Department of Veteran Affairs is now accepting nominations for South Dakota’s new “Fallen Heroes Bridge Dedication” Program. The first South Dakota state bridge was dedicated in November of 2019. South Dakota plans to dedicate six state bridges a year in honor of fallen heroes that died while serving in combat.
