- Enhanced Concealed Carry Course coming up July 19, 2018An enhanced concealed carry course will be held on August 12th from 8am-6pm at the Rosebud Arrow, Rod and Gun Club in Winner. This class will qualify the applicant to get a South Dakota enhanced concealed carry permit. The cost is $150 per person.
