- Structure fire Sunday morning February 13, 2022Today, at approximately 10:35am, the Winner Volunteer Fire Department was called to a structure fire, West of Winner on 278th Avenue. The fire resulted in a total loss of the structure. The Witten Fire Department also assisted in the effort. Both the Winner and Witten Fire Departments were still on the scene this afternoon.
