- Winner City Council Meeting Tonight November 15, 2021The Winner City Council will meet tonight in the Winner Council Chambers at 6:30 p.m. One of the issues at hand this evening will be Resolution 2021-10 which is in regards to making Main Street in Winner a two way street.
