- Food Drive happening in Burke December 1, 2025The Burke National Honor Society is holding a food drive for the Wear N’ Wares Thrift Store Food Bank. Donations are being accepted until December 18th. Donations such as canned goods, paper products and cash are greatly appreciated.
- SDSU to play at Montana on Saturday December 1, 2025The second round of the FCS Football Playoffs will happen this weekend. On 93.7FM, we will have coverage of South Dakota State at Montana on Saturday. Kickoff is at 1pm, and our prelude to the game will start at 11:45. USD on Saturday will play at Mercer at 11am.

- Parade of Lights just around the corner in Rosebud November 30, 2025The Rosebud Sioux Tribe’s Volunteer Fire Department will hold their annual Christmas Parade of Lights on Thursday, December 11th beginning at 7pm at the Rosebud Fairgrounds. There will be cash prizes for the top four place finishers.
- Winner Elk’s Hoop Shoot postponed November 29, 2025The Winner Elk’s Hoop Shoot that was scheduled for today at the Winner Auxiliary Gym has been postponed to a later date. Once we know of a makeup date, we will be sure to let you know.
- Winner Chamber Parade of Lights postponed to next Friday November 29, 2025The Winner Area Chamber of Commerce has postponed their Parade of Lights that was scheduled for tonight to next Friday, December 5th at 6:30pm. In regard to Santa Day today, they will still be having Santa at the Winner American Legion from 1 to 4pm. There will not be any wagon rides, s’mores or reindeer ...
- Coaches Corner to return next weekend November 29, 2025Our next edition of Coaches Corner will come your way next Saturday, December 6th on Country 1260. We will be talking all things winter sports with our area coaches from across South Central South Dakota and North Central Nebraska beginning at 9am!
- Santa coming to the Ainsworth Fire Hall next weekend! November 29, 2025Santa and his reindeer will be coming to Ainsworth next weekend! They will be at the Ainsworth Fire Hall on Sunday, December 7th. They will be taking pictures with kids from 1-3pm. There will also be cookies and hot chocolate for all in attendance.
- SDSU Playoff Football on 93.7FM tomorrow November 28, 2025Coming up tomorrow, we will have coverage of the New Hampshire at South Dakota State FCS Playoff Football game on 93.7FM. Kickoff in Brookings is at Noon Central. Our prelude to the pregame will kickoff our coverage beginning at 10:45am.
- Parade of Lights in Chamberlain tonight cancelled November 28, 2025The Chamberlain/Oacoma Area Chamber of Commerce has cancelled their Parade of Lights that was scheduled for tonight due to the weather. They want to thank everyone for all the time and effort put into getting the event prepared this year.
