- T4 Fall Festival coming up Sunday September 29, 2025The T4 Foundation in Winner will host a fall festival on Sunday, October 5th at the Winner City Park from 11:30am to 2pm. There will be pumpkin decorating, food vendors setup, photo ops, crafts and plenty more to explore that day.
