- Rosebud Shrine Circus coming to Winner on Saturday! June 17, 2025The 70th annual Rosebud Shrine Circus will be held at the Tripp County Fairgrounds in Winner on Saturday, June 21st. There will be one performance at 8pm. Tickets are available at Winner True Value and at Bankwest. Concessions will be provided on the grounds. There will also be circus novelties for the kids too!
