- Boy Scout ceremony set for this weekend! March 3, 2016Boy Scout Troop 100 of Winner will be holding a Court of Honor and Eagle ceremony this Sunday, March 6th for Austin Fisher and Trevor Sachtjen! The ceremony will begin at 1:30 at the Statewide Ag Meeting Room.
