Southern Plains Behavioral Health Services will hold their 44th annual meeting on Tuesday, September 13th starting at 7pm at Sargent’s in Winner. A blood drive is coming up later this month in Winner. On Wednesday, the 28th, from noon-6pm it will take place at the Winner American Legion.
