Congratulations to the Winner Area Girls Golf Team on winning the Big Dakota Tournament in Pierre on Thursday! Ronae Klein finished second overall as she shot a 96. Liz Jankauskas was fifth with a 98, Addy Root finished sixth by shooting a 100. Sam Marts carded a 102 for seventh and Cheyenne Dougherty was ninth overall as she shot a 115. In Club Baseball last night, Winner/Colome was able to defeat Gregory County, 14-0 in six innings. Carter Brickman and Riley Calhoon combined to throw a no-hitter. Calhoon, Brickman and Phillip Jorgensen each had two hits apiece in the win. Elsewhere, Platte/Geddes defeated Todd County, 10-0. Riley Hoffman and Cole Nachtigal collected two hits apiece in the win.
