On Saturday night, the Argus Leader Media and the Sanford Pentagon honored the best athletes in high school sports. Locally, the Winner Warrior 2016 football team was named the team of the year! The Warriors were the 11B champions in dominant fashion and went undefeated. Also last night, Winner’s Cameron Kuil was named the boys track athlete of the year! Cameron ended his senior season by winning both the 200 and 400 meter dashes at the state track and field meet in Sioux Falls.
