Club Baseball took place at Leahy Bowl on Monday. The Winner/Colome Royals were victorious over the Platte/Geddes Honkers, 5-2. Kelly O’Bryan was the winning pitcher as he went five innings on the mound and gave up four hits and one earned run while striking out eight. Seth Kirsch had two hits for Platte/Geddes while Blake Moke had one hit and two runs batted in. For Winner/Colome, Nick Lantz had two runs batted in. The Royals are the Region 4B overall number one seed and will host the Super Regional Tournament on May 24th if they win their first round playoff game vs Chamberlain/Lyman next week.
