Doski will be back with another edition of ‘Vikings Visit’ today on Country 1260, and tonight on Magic 93! Chris and a local Minnesota Vikings fan will recap Minnesota’s win over San Diego this past weekend and break down the upcoming regular season. The program will air at around 3:45 on 1260 this afternoon and at around 7:10pm on Magic 93. Our season debut of ‘Husker Huddle’ will come your way this Thursday! Chris and a Nebraska Cornhusker football fan will talk about Big Red’s season opening game this weekend!

There will be a dodgeball fundraising tournament that will take place this Saturday, September 3rd starting at 5:30pm at the Winner Middle School! Up to six people are allowed on each team and there is no age limit. Cost to play in the tournament is sixty dollars per team. All of the proceeds will go to Kelly Kidwiler and his family. Our game of the week in high school football on Magic 93 for Week 0 will be the Gayville/Volin Raiders at the Burke/South Central Cougars. The Raiders are coming off a season in which they finished 4-5. Gayville/Volin started off 2015 0-2 before they ran off three consecutive wins in which they were victorious over Avon, Andes Central/Dakota Christian and Tripp-Delmont/Armour. The Raiders fell in the first round of the playoffs against Canistota, 52-0.  Coach Mike Sebern’s Cougars are coming off a season in which they finished 5-4. Burke/South Central hit their stride at the end of the year as they closed out the regular season by winning four in a row before falling to Corsica/Stickney in the playoffs, 32-18. Doski’s pre-game show from Burke tomorrow night will begin at 6:35 on Magic 93!
