The Kiwanis Aktion Club will be having an Easter egg hunt this Wednesday at the City Park in Oacoma. Registration will start at 5pm. In case of inclement weather, the event will be held in the Oacoma Community Center. The 34th annual St. Patrick’s celebration will take place in Presho this Saturday! Registration for the Shamrock Shuffle will begin at 10am at Jet Lanes. The annual St. Patrick’s dance sponsored by the Gregory Volunteer Fire Department will happen on Saturday starting at 8pm at the Gregory Auditorium. The Dueling Duo Pianos and the Andy Gibson Band will provide the entertainment. You must be 21 to attend.

The Department of Revenue and Regulation will be having a tax seminar meeting in Winner on Wednesday, March 30th. The sales tax meeting will run from 9am-noon at the Holiday Inn Express, and contractors excise tax from 1-4. If you have questions call 773-5445.

There will be a blood drive in Winner on Wednesday, March 23rd from 12:30-6:30, and on Thursday, March 24th from 8am-1pm at the Winner National Guard Armory. The drive is sponsored by Winner High School. To make an appointment call Kelly at 842-8125.

The Winner School District would like to invite all parents/guardians of Winner students to attend parent teacher conferences on Tuesday, March 22nd from 4-6:30pm, and on Thursday, the 24th from 4-6:30 in the classrooms. The Witten firemen will hold their annual soup supper and pie auction this Saturday, March 19th at the Witten Community Hall. They will serve from 5:30 to 7:30 with the auction to begin at 6:30. A freewill offering will be taken at the event. Come out and support the firemen!

Winner Regional Healthcare Center will be having an Easter egg hunt on Saturday, March 26th at the Winner City Park! An Easter parade will begin at 2pm followed by the the Easter egg hunt. There will also be pictures with the Easter Bunny! Please bring your own baskets to the event. The rain location will be the Winner Elementary Gym.

The Taste of Winner has been rescheduled to Thursday, March 31st at the Winner Bowling Center. The event will run from 6-8pm. Categories will be appetizer, chili and dessert.
