It was a busy day for golf on Saturday in Central South Dakota. The team of Rich Crow Eagle and Casey Berndt ended up winning the Frontier Motors Open in Winner as they shot a 62 in the Championship Flight. The Husher/Halverson team came in second by shooting a 65 and the Schramm/Godel team finished third with a 68. The first flight was won by Crow Eagle and Heinert as they carded a 73. The second flight was won by the Pollard/Meiners team as they had a 76. The Padmore/Olson team won the third flight as they finished with an 80. In Platte, Burke ended up beating Platte for the Ryder Cup on Saturday,12.5 to 11.5 in the battle of the bride! The Gregory Memorial Tournament was won by the team of Brandon and Karley Arizmendis as they shot a 63. In Murdo, Jed and Jen McNaughton won the Venard Inc. Co-Ed Tournament as they shot an 84.
