The 53rd Annual Winner Elks Benefit Rodeo will take place this Friday, Saturday and Sunday (July 22, 23, & 24th,) at 7:30 p.m. central time each evening at the Winner Fairgrounds.  There will be concessions and a beer stand available.  Proceeds will go to benefit children’s outreach services across South Dakota.
