The Players Invite hosted by Kevin Meiners wrapped up on Sunday at the Winner Country Club. The team of Lane Schroyer and Adam Hutmacher were victorious as they carded a 138 two day total.
In the Top 10 Tournament on Sunday at Medicine Creek Golf Course in Presho, the first place finishers were Jacob Sazue and Kathy Diehm.
At the Sanford International at Minnehaha Country Club in Sioux Falls on Sunday, Zach Johnson was victorious as he shot 4 under par Sunday to finish 11 under par total for the weekend, holding off Ben Crane by one stroke.

Vikings over the Packers, 39-22. Carson Wentz replaced an injured Kyler Murray in the first quarter as Minnesota outscored Green Bay in the fourth quarter, 22-0.
State 4-H Shotgun Tournament in Mitchell over the weekend, Congratulations to Ryken Kaup of Tripp County on a sixth place finish with a 94 score. Oren Sargent of Tripp County finished second overall with a 96 in trap.

At the Lambley/Shepperd Golf Tournament at the Burke Golf Course, the team of Austin Milikan, Keith Kerkman, John Wolf and Brett Leiswald were victorious shooting a 59.
At the Donovan 4 Person Tournament at Medicine Creek Golf Course in Presho, the Matt and Maci Booth team were victorious shooting a 59.

Bingo coming up September 19th in Winner
The Sons of the American Legion invite you to join them for Bingo at the Winner American Legion on Saturday, September 19th. At 6pm they will serve sloppy joes, hot dogs and beans, and then bingo starts at 7pm. Free will donations will be accepted for the food. There will be door prizes and 50% payback for bingo. Proceeds will go towards Dakota Senior Meals.

At the Parkston Invite in Mitchell on Friday, Ben Akin of Elk Point/Jefferson was the medalist shooting a 72. Winner’s Carter Craven shot an 80 and finished 17th. Jalen Tideman of Winner shot an 81, while Cooper Craven of Winner carded an 82. Chase McQuirk was Chamberlain’s top golfer as he came away with an 84. Dakota Valley won the team title. Winner was seventh as a team and Chamberlain was 15th.

Round 1 of the Sanford International at Minnehaha Country Club in Sioux Falls had play suspended due to high winds. Chad Campbell and Mark Wilson are tied atop the leaderboard at 3 under par after 16 holes. First round play is resuming this morning, with second round play beginning later this morning.
Smoke on the Water Cook-Off happening in Oacoma today
The annual Smoke on the Water Cook-Off is set to happen today at the Oasis Campground in Oacoma. A Car Show will begin at 11am at the Riverview parking lot. A corn hole tournament will start at 2pm, before the rib and brisket feed gets underway at 5:30.
