Results from Saturday

High School Wrestling

  • Winner Area was able to win the team title at Saturday’s Kimball/White Lake/Platte-Geddes Invite as they racked up 209 points. Rylan Robbins, Maxton Brozik, Karson Keiser, Riley Orel, Jack Kruger and Stetson Shelbourn all came away with championships.  Kasen Konstanz of Kimball/White Lake/Platte-Geddes came away with a championship as well.
  • In Fort Pierre, Lyman’s Kellen Griffith and Louie Thiry won individual championships.
  • At the O’Neill Invite Saturday, Chamberlain’s Bryce Reuer and Noah Hutmacher won championships. Ashton Lurz of Valentine was a champion as well. Todd County’s Rocky Wiedman won a championship in the 220 division. Crofton-Bloomfield and Valentine finished tied for the team title with 125 points apiece.

Lady Warrior scrimmage set for Friday

The Winner Lady Warrior Basketball team will hold their scrimmage this Friday, December 2nd at the Winner National Guard Armory at 6pm. They will be doing a free will donation, and they will have some baked goodies up for silent auction. All of the proceeds will be donated to the Pix Theater in Winner.
