The 48th annual Winner Elks Rodeo will take place at the Tripp County Fairgrounds July 28th through the 30th beginning at 7:30 each night! The proceeds from the rodeo this year will benefit the Lifescape Outreach Program. If you would like to enter call 842-5830.
