The South Dakota Beef Industry Council recently announced Ken Charfauros of Wall, South Dakota at its 2019 Prime Promoter for going above and beyond promoting beef in South Dakota.

Charfauros is the owner at Wall Meat Processing which provides custom meat processing local ranchers and customers in Western South Dakota.
