The 2nd Annual Raising of the Heart event will take place in Valentine, Nebraska on Friday, February 24th at 4:00 p.m. This will include the ping ping drop where the ball will be numbered with a corresponding price to a number. Coffee and hot chocolate will be available  and the raising of the heart will be located on 1st St. between Main and Hall St.
