At the Huron Wrestling Invite Saturday, Winner Area won the team title as they racked up 236 points.  At 106, Karson Keiser lost his championship match to Moses Gross of Huron. At 113, Kaleb Osborn of Winner Area finished third. At 120, Jude Sargent of Winner Area came in fourth. At 126, Kaden Keiser won his championship match over Eli Fischer of Milbank. At 132, Winner Area’s Aaron Gilchrist finished third. At 138, Riley Orel of Winner Area was victorious in his championship match over Keegan Haider of Wolsey-Wessington. At 145, Cailob Week finished sixth. At 152, Trevor Peters won his championship match over Carter Grohs of Wolsey-Wessington. At 160, Sam Kruger won his championship match over Colby Mennis of Madsion. At 170, Joey Cole fell in the championship match to Tyson Lien of Huron. At 182, Josh Crownover of Bon Homme/Scotland finished first. At 195, Winner Area’s Charley Pravecek finished fourth. At 220, Joey Hubsch of Webster was crowned champion. At 285, Achilles Willuweit of Winner Area finished runner up to Micah DeBoer of Bon Homme/Scotland.

In Howard, Burke/Gregory beat Marion/Freeman, 75-6. The Storm  beat Howard, 46-22. Burke/Gregory then fell to Canton, 50-24.
