There will be a visit from Santa Claus at the Platte Area Chamber of Commerce on Saturday, December 5th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  Kids will have the opportunity to take pictures with Santa.  At 2:00 p.m. that same day the Lyric Theater will show a Christmas film and one can bring a canned good for admission.
