U.S. Representatives Dusty Johnson (R-S.D.) and Kelly Armstrong (R-N.D.) will host a roundtable with South Dakota residents and business owners that have been impacted by President Biden’s Executive Order cancelling the construction of the Keystone XL Pipeline on Monday, February 8th at 11 a.m. at the Philip Ambulance Hall located at  100 South Larimer Avenue in Philip.  A press conference will follow the roundtable.
