A student from the Rosebud Electric Cooperative service area will be named the winner of a $1,000 scholarship later this month! This marks the 33rd year that the Cooperative is offering the scholarship. You can get an application at an area school counselor’s office or at rosebudelectric.com. The application deadline is tomorrow.
