The Class B Dan Lennon Track and Field Invite was held Tuesday in Vermillion. Take a look below at some of the local highlights:

*Gregory’s Luke Barreto won the boys 2 mile in a time of 10:34:18.
*Gregory’s Jhett Eklund won the boys triple jump
*Gregory’s Max Cook and Pierce Stukel placed sixth and seventh in the boys 400. Burke’s Elijah Bartling was eighth.
*Gregory won the boys mile sprint medley relay in a time of 3:53:90.
*Burke’s Sophia Bauld won the girls 800 in a time of 2:33:93. Grace Phillips of Chamberlain placed third while her teammate Kylah Biggins was fifth.
*Girls 2 mile run, Sophia Bauld of Burke was runner up, while Chamberlain’s Grace Phillips placed fourth.
*Finn Adams of Gregory placed third in the boys 800
*Gregory’s Jhett Eklund placed fifth in the boys long jump
*Paige Bull of Burke placed fifth in the girls shot put
*Emily Diekmann of Burke was runner up in the girls high jump, while her teammate, Trystan Johnson, was fifth.
