Christian Music in the yard will take place this evening at the Methodist Church in Mission! Food will be served at 6:30pm and the music will begin at 7pm with Ray Stewart. A free will offering will be taken to help repair the church roof. All are welcome to attend tonight and remember to bring your own chair or blanket!

There will be a drug awareness session that will be held  on Wednesday, June 15th starting at 6pm at the Burke Civic Center tomorrow. You have the opportunity to come learn more about drug awareness, including drugs and the law, what drugs look like and the latest trends in drug use.

A free farm and ranch clinic will take place in the heart city of Valentine, Nebraska on Wednesday, June 29th. The Colome High School cheerleaders are currently having a bling sale going on with several clothing items available for all ages! We want to remind you about a few meetings that will be  taking place tonight. The Burke City Council will meet tonight at 7pm in the Municipal Building meeting room in Burke. The Lyman School Board will meet tonight in Presho at 7pm at Lyman High School. The Cherry County Ag Society will meet tonight at 7pm in the 4-H building at the Fairgrounds in Valentine, Nebraska.
