The Bonesteel Fire Department will hold their annual pickup and tractor pull on Saturday, June 21st, north of the Bonesteel ball fields beginning at noon. Weigh-Ins will be at 10am. $1,000 in prize money will be up for grabs!

The Todd County School District held an election for 2 school board members.  Unofficial results are:

Christopher Rahn, 190 votes; Melissa Whipple, 139 votes; Debra Boyd, 86 votes; Scott Herman, 112 votes; Linda Bordeaux, 60 votes; Mark Iyotte Jr., 143 votes; Heather Frederick, 32 votes; Shawn Bordeaux, 39 votes; Steve Her Many Horses, 52 votes.

Unofficially, Christopher Rahn and Mark Iyotte Jr. will be seated on the Todd County School Board.

The City of Mission will hold a city wide cleanup over the next few weeks. Ward 3 cleanup will be from June 9th through the 15th. Ward 2 cleanup will be from June 23rd through the 29th. Congratulations to the Winner Bakery & Deli for winning the annual Winner Area Chamber of Commerce’s Burger Battle that took place for the entire month of May! The winners of $100 Winner Cash that tried all five burgers at participating restaurants were: Bill Gardner, Bonnie Gardner, Lorraine Hrabanek, Zane Hamiel and Isaac Hamiel.

The Colome Volunteer Fire Department will hold their annual chicken supper on Saturday, June 7th. It will run from 5:30 to 8pm at the Colome Fire Hall. It is for a free will offering, with proceeds going to the Fire Department.

The Bonesteel City Pool will be offering pool lessons this summer! Lessons will take place July 8th through 11th, and again July 14th through 17th. Times will be determined at a later date. To signup, call  Jamie Divine at 208-0153.

The Winner City Pool will open for the season tomorrow! A reminder that you can purchase passes for the season at the Winner City Office during business hours. Open swim at the pool will take place from Noon until 7pm.
