Blood Drive coming up in Winner later this month
There will be a blood drive at the Winner City Office on Wednesday, January 22nd from 10:15am to 3pm, and again on Thursday, January 23rd from 12:30 to 5:30. To schedule an appointment, go to lifeservebloodcenter.org.
Chamber Banquet set for next Friday in Winner
The Winner Area Chamber of Commerce will hold their annual banquet on January 10th at St. Mary’s Hall. The theme will be boots and bling. Doors will open at 5:30pm. Winner’s Emmy Kaiser will be the entertainment for the evening.
Lyric Theater showing a new movie in Platte this weekend
The Lyric Theater in Platte this weekend will be showing the new, Sonic the Hedgehog 3 movie. Shows will be at 7:30pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Sunday’s matinee will begin at 2pm.
