Winner City Council holds Special Meeting
Tonight, the Winner City Council held a Special Meeting regarding Resolution 2025-7. This Resolution was to Declare Emergency for the City of Winner-transformer upgrade. After an explanation of the situation by Public Works Director Troy Kruger, there was a roll call vote. The motion passed unanimously with one Council person absent. We will bring you further details in the coming weeks.

Blood Drive to happen Wednesday in Burke
A blood drive will take place tomorrow at the Burke Community Civic Center from 9:15am to 2:45pm. If you would like to schedule a time to donate blood, you can go online to lifeservebloodcenter.org.
Golden West to hold pool party and picnic in Winner on Wednesday
Golden West will be hosting a free pool party and picnic at the Winner City Pool on Wednesday, August 13th from 5 to 8pm. Kids can stop by and enjoy an evening of swimming and a hot dog meal at no cost. There will also be prize drawings throughout the evening too.
