Coverage from Platte and Winner for this Friday

Week 2 of the High School Football season will see us have coverage from Platte and Winner. On Country 1260, Scott Schramm and Brett Gardner will have coverage from Warrior Field as the Winner Warriors will host Woonsocket/Wessington Springs/Sanborn Central. Pre-game coverage will start at 6:30. On Magic 93, Doski will be in Platte for coverage of the Colome at Platte/Geddes contest. His pre-game show will start at 6:30.

Jones wins Pierre Invite

The Pierre Boys Golf Invitational was held on Tuesday. Finishing first overall was Braydon Jones of Aberdeen Central as he shot a 67. Locally, Karson Keiser of Winner Area shot a 91, Ryder Halligan shot a 103 while Landon Calhoon carded a 112 for Winner Area. Winning the team title was Watertown as they finished with a 291 team score.
