At the Loopy Open 2 person Tournament on Saturday at the Burke Golf Course, the team of Abbey and Chris Mikkelsen were victorious as they shot a 59.

At the Colome Pink Ladies 4 person Tournament at the Winner Country Club on Saturday, Will Risse’s team was victorious as they finished with a 62.

At the Lake Platte Golf Classic on Saturday at the Lake Platte Golf Course, Dawson Hoffman’s team was victorious as they carded a 53. Leah Schuman of Platte hit a hole in one on hole number seven!

Monday Boys Golf Results

At the Dell Rapids Invite today, Harper Schnabel of Roncalli was the medalist shooting a 4 under par, 67. Chase McQuirk was Chamberlain’s top golfer as he shot an 80 and finished 23rd. Vermillion won the team title by seven strokes over Dakota Valley. Chamberlain was 16th as a team.

Pravecek to be inducted into Shooting Sports Hall of Fame!

Congratulations to Tim Pravecek of Winner! Tim has been selected to be inducted into the South Dakota 4-H Shooting Sports Volunteer Hall of Fame! Pravecek will be recognized at the South Dakota State Fair in Huron on Sunday, September 6th. A reception and induction ceremony for this year’s Hall of Fame Inductees will begin at 4pm in the North Classroom in the Nordby Exhibit Hall.
