The Presho Area Chamber of Commerce will hold a mixed team bowling tournament on Sunday, February 8th at Jet Lanes beginning at 12:30. The cost is $100 per team. If you would like to register in advance, please call Pat McNaughton at 895-9445.

A Soup Supper & Pie Auction will be held at the Witten Community Hall on Saturday, February 7th from 5:30pm until it’s gone.  They will be serving Chili, Chicken Noodle, Vegetable Beef, Cheeseburger & Cowboy Soup.  Auction starts at 6:30pm.  All donations are welcome.  All proceeds go to the Witten Fire Department.

Country singer Nate Smith will perform at the South Dakota State Fair this year! Nate will take the stage on Saturday, September 5th. Tickets will go on sale in May. The performance that night will get underway at 8pm.

The Rosebud Arrow, Rod and Gun Club in Winner will be resuming their archery league beginning later this week. Dates for the league are January 30th, February 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th from 6-8pm, and the cost is $20. If you have questions, call Tim at 830-0220.

The Winner American Legion Auxiliary will be hold their January meeting this afternoon. The meeting will start at 1:30pm at the Post Home in Winner.

In case you missed it yesterday, the Spencer Gun Show will be held again today at the Spencer Community Hall in Spencer, Nebraska. Join them from 9 to 3. The cost is $5 at the door, and ages 12 and under are free.
