The Burke Pink Ladies will hold their annual Dart Tournament on Saturday, January 3rd beginning at 10am at the Burke Civic Center. It will consist of four person teams, and there is a $100 entry fee. There will also be a silent auction that day, along with lunch being served.

On Friday, January 9th, there will be a meeting at the Holiday Inn Express in Winner from 9am to 4pm. Conversations will center around focus on creating profitable businesses with healthy land and happy families, and also evaluating woody encroachment options.

The Winner Area Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual banquet and awards night on Monday, January 12th at Saint Mary’s Hall from 6-9pm. Weston Frank will be the special entertainment for the night. There will be raffles and games along with awards being presented too.
