Chamberlain senior students will hold their 2nd annual Scholarthon on April 8th from 11am to 2pm. Organizers of the event have a goal of raising $20,000 to help provide scholarships for present and future Chamberlain graduates. Winner Regional to hold Easter Egg Hunt next weekend
Winner Regional Health will hold their annual Easter Egg Hunt next Saturday, April 11th. The hunt will take place at the Winner City Park, and will get underway at 10am. Donations of candy and plastic eggs can be dropped off at the front desk at Winner Regional.
Fireman’s Dance set for April 25th in Winner
The Winner Volunteer Fire Department will hold their annual Fireman’s Dance on Saturday, April 25th at the Winner Armory. Doors will open at 8pm, and the dance will begin at 9pm. Weston Frank will provide the music. You must be 21 to attend. Rides will be available to and from the dance within Winner City limits.

Kindergarten Round-Up in Platte tomorrow
Platte/Geddes Elementary School will host Kindergarten Round-Up tomorrow starting at 8:30am. It’s for kids who will reach age 5 by September 1st of this year. They will screen for developmental readiness and gather information. If you have questions, call 337-2468.

Winner to hold Spring Cleanup in April
The City of Winner will hold it’s annual Spring Cleanup the week of April 13th. The city is asking residents within city limits to please separate all items and have curbside or in the alley by Monday, April 13th. No plastic or tires will be accepted.
