The City of Mission will hold cleanup days beginning May 3rd through the 9th for Ward 1. They ask property owners to put their separated/unwanted items into the following groups: trash, wood and furniture, metals/appliances and tires.

A wild game feed will happen this Sunday, February 22nd at the Prairie View Gospel Barn in Gregory beginning at 6:30pm. The feed is being sponsored by the Prairie View Bible Church along with SYC.

Country singer Nate Smith will perform at the South Dakota State Fair this year! Nate will take the stage on Saturday, September 5th. Tickets will go on sale in May. The performance that night will get underway at 8pm.

The Prairie View Gospel Barn in Gregory will have their first show of 2026 take place next month! Legacy Five will entertain the crowd on March 15th. The show will get underway that afternoon starting at 3pm.

If you are a fan of hearing rock band, Nazareth on 93.7FM, this news will make you very happy! Nazareth will perform at the District in Sioux Falls this spring! Union Congregational Church of Gregory will hold their annual Valentine’s Day Supper this evening from 5 to 7pm. They will be serving roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, dinner rolls, salads and desserts. They will also be delivering within city limits. For delivery, call 835-9274.

The Dallas Horseman’s Club will be holding a Valentine’s Day dance this Saturday, February 14th beginning at 7pm at the Dallas Legion. It’s for a free will offering, and the kitchen and bar will be open too.

The City of Valentine will have their 25th annual Heart City Bull Bash take place on Valentine’s Main Street this Saturday! The Ball Drop for kids will start at 1pm. Bull Bash festivities will start in the morning with the annual running with the bulls.
