A senior golf showcase event was held Monday in Pierre at the Hillsview Golf Course. Locally, Winner Area’s Addy Root finished fifth overall in the Class A competition as she shot an 89. In Girls Class B, Mariah Van Zee of Platte/Geddes finished fourth with a 94. In Boys Class B, Jones County’s Riley Rankin finished fourth as he shot an 85.
