Paul Schueth is retiring from the Winner Police Department and the department will be hosting a retirement celebration for Mr. Schueth and his 42 years as an office with 36 of those years a chief of police. The event will take place tomorrow from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Winner Combined Law Enforcement Center.
