Boys Golf

At the Parkston Invite in Mitchell, Landon Weber of Parkston was the medalist carding a 71. Chase McQuirk of Chamberlain placed sixth with a 77. Cannon Speer of Chamberlain finished eighth with a 78. Carter Craven was Winner Area’s top golfer shooting an 85, while his teammate, Cooper Craven, shot an 86. Madison won the team title by one stroke over Chamberlain, while Winner Area was 10th.

 

Golf Tournament

At the Glow Ball Tournament Friday at Medicine Creek Golf Course in Presho, the team of Caleb and Sophie Benson were victorious as they shot a 35. The shootout winner was Matt Booth.

 

Cross Country

At the Red Cloud Invite, White River’s Elijah Haukaas won the boys varsity race in a time of 18:48:37.  Michael Prue of Todd County was fourth. Tahca Zephier of Red Cloud won the girls varsity race in 23:03:44.
